RETURN TERMS
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.gripnestrack.com, operated by Gallus Online Ltd (“gripnestrack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 1. Right of Withdrawal Customers located within Europe hold the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. Should you choose to exercise this right, you shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods If the item you receive is damaged or possesses a defect, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. Please contact our customer support team at clothes@gripnestrack.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please provide clear photographic evidence of the item’s condition. Upon review of the provided photographs, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement. Under these specific circumstances, you are not required to return the physical damaged item to our warehouse.
3. Shipping and Transit Delays We dispatch orders via established carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority. If your order exceeds the standard transit times communicated at checkout, please contact our team. We will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier regarding the whereabouts of the parcel. Based on the actual findings of this investigation, we will resolve the matter by providing either a full refund or a reshipment of your order.
4. Refund Processing and Payment Methods All approved refunds will be reimbursed strictly using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
